2. We ensure safe and healthy working conditions
3. We contribute 10% of the company’s profits back to the artisan community to fund the education of the artisans’ children and to fund business/leadership workshops
4. We provide design assistance and job training/education in tailoring and textile arts
5. We cover all the costs of raw materials and unit maintenance
