If you are not satisfied with your One Thread Fair Trade product, a refund will be issued for merchandise returned in its original condition within 14 days. We do not accept returns after 14 days. Use the shipping carrier most convenient for you, and send the package to the following address:

Upon receipt, we will issue a full refund to the credit card used for the original transaction, for the cost of the item and taxes. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Exchanges are handled as a return and reorder.
